  • Solid 24K Gold Bar
  • .999 Fine Pure Gold
  • 1 Grain
  • Size is very small about 3mm x 8mm
  • These gold bars sell at a high premium due to their small detailed size and they are no longer in production due to the high cost of minting these small gold bars.

1 grain 24K .999 Fine Pure Solid Gold Bullion Bar. Investment grade gold. Uncirculated rare minted gold bars. Highly desired by collectors and investors. These are no longer in production due to the high cost of making such small detailed gold bars.

It would take 480 of these to make an ounce!, May 19, 2011

Ok, it is real .999 gold (strange, most gold is .9999, wonder who minted it to three 9′s? Maybe they just ran out of strike space???)…then again at $7.99 per grain, and it taking 480 of these to make an ounce, that means you are paying $3835 an ounce…when today’s spot price was $1490 per ounce…or about 110% too much!!!

Heads-up…go to your local coin shop, possibly even your local pawn shop…they’ll have gold and silver for you at MUCH better rates…

There are 15.4 grains in a gram and 31.1 grams in an ounce. This means that if you buy this, you are paying over $3,000 an ounce for gold, which this morning is trading around $1,500 an ounce. Markups this high are more common in jewelry, not bullion.
